  • unnecessarily overly speculative

    While the facts and circumstances surrounding Eunice Foote’s work are quite intriguing and the presentation of them is a positive step toward the long overdue exposition of known past scientific work by women; I found the presentation too speculative along the current ideologically driven agenda concerning equity in science. Actual documents such as letters or other supporting records are apparently non existent so it is inappropriate to stretch the known facts to fit such current memes. Such se... more
