It’s nice to see that as Rob has aged his opinions have become softer.
Seems they miss the point and their predictions are always off the mark. How about what can be done to renew NAR. Talk about the consumer in all this. NAR is a lobbying group mostly over the years protecting the consumer. The new group is a waste of energy. The industry needs a just and strong NAR. Improve it and support the industry. I’m not a member or an associate to the industry.
Joined a proptech company back in the Fall and have been desperately searching for a real estate podcast with real opinions. That search is officially over and has ended with a couple of old genxers. These guys are great, highly recommend.
Binge listened to just about every episode! Love the interviews, nerdy humor & thought provoking dialogue. Hands down one of the best real estate podcasts. I wish we would implement this IRC-like ability to login to chat rooms to socialize w other real estate friends & colleagues, because of the Covid narrative . That concept was so nostalgic of my childhood :D
Huge fan of both Rob and Gregg , they truly care for what is best for the RE industry

A hard-hitting, insider-minded look at real estate technology, listings, data ownership, and market dynamics. Episodes consistently dissect MLS structures, portals, broker strategies, and the economics of listing distribution, often debating who controls data, who benefits from platform shifts, and how policy and technology intersect to shape buyer and seller experiences. Noteworthy is the hosts' willingness to take provocative, well-argued positions and to reference industry history, current deals, and regulatory questions with sharp, practical insight. This mix should appeal to professionals in real estate tech, brokerage leadership, and PR/sponsorship teams looking for high-velocity, opinionated conversations driven by insider knowledge ... more
