  • Good episodes but some of the production needs some work.

Good info, I just wish they would turn off their mics when they aren’t talking and are on the discord or sneeze. When you listen with headphones it can be really distracting to hear keys typing in the background while the guest talks.

Authenticity Sells: A Better Way to Pitch Cultural Games
Q: Is that a problem when trying to emphasize the cultural values of the game?
It's not a problem at all, because it depends on how you are actually portraying the political themes.
After the Event with Ash and Indie
Q: How often do you do the pitching events in front of industry persons outside of the practice runs?
This was our first time doing a pitching competition, but we're not going to be a one and done and will be doing more events.
After the Pitch: Negotiating the Contract
Q: Hypothetically speaking, what is considered a reasonable term length for an agreement? Is five years considered normal, short, or long?
Typically, five years is a bit reasonable. It depends on the context of the agreement.
After the Pitch: Negotiating the Contract
Q: Are royalties standardized in a way that if the five-year term ends, the royalty split still counts, or is it still based 100% on what is in the contract?
Royalties are, would be 100% what is based on contract, is what the parties agree to.
Pitch Review: Live & Unfiltered
Q: What do you want us to take away from this pitch deck review?
I just want to know how to improve the structure and distribution of information.
