I really love this podcast, it‘s informative, empathetic and just simply wonderful.
I’ve been an avid listener to In Writing since I discovered it during lockdown but shamefully have never written a review (of this or any other pod). But with the launch of Hattie’s book today (congratulations Hattie), I felt compelled to jump on here and thank her for the many many hours of comforting, encouraging and completely enjoyable interviews.

Are you 14 pretending to be 15? What is going on with that awful croaking voice! I mean you are not Californian and it is not 2000 so what is with the bullfrog voice.
My favorite podcast is back just in time for cozy season! Cue the pumpkin shaped confetti. There were already so many new insights and thinking points to explore in the first episode; I can't wait to hear what the rest of the season brings. I'm also very much looking forward to getting a copy of the In Writing book. Thank you to Hattie Carisell and everybody that takes the time to make this content for us.
i listen to this for motivation to keep writing. there’s a great mixture of guests and Hattie asks great questions about process etc which are very interesting for new writers! i would love her to interview Louise Kennedy and/or Anna Burns and/or Ben Lerner and/or Ocean Vuong.
