I know and love so many of these folks, and have admired the ones I don’t yet know for years. Well done. I love hearing their insights and stories and wisdom gained over the years. Keep ‘em comin!
I love this podcast so much. The conversations around how directors got into the craft to begin with, the seismic shifts in the way that projects are cast since COVID, the nitty gritty of decision-making, are all fascinating to me. There are some practical take-aways for actors, too. It’s a complex business and this podcast sheds a light specifically into the nooks and crannies of talent. How conversations happen, who gets offers, and how that effects absolutely everything.
