I’m an ER nurse and I’ve been listening to this on my commutes and it’s definitely a much needed pallet cleanser. I’ve also been trying to find ways to slow down in my life and take up slower hobbies so I don’t carry so much stress and trauma with me (along with unpacking it therapeutically). I literally can’t wait for the episodes to come!
I love this podcast. It’s cozy, nostalgic, and I love that more and more people are considering a slower pace of life. But, Vic, please consider your recording style. I don’t know if it’s how close your mic is to your mouth or if you need to adjust the volume levels somehow, but your consonants (especially p/t/k/s) come across really harsh and feel like they are exploding through the speaker.
I just found this podcast from Instagram and even though I am way past my 20’s I enjoy all the information. Especially book and tv and movies for the season.
I am probably outside the typical demographic for this pod as I’m 40, but came across it when looking for episodes on whimsy. I’m so glad I did! It is delightfully refreshing, grounding, and victoria seems like an old soul that I’d befriend in real life.
What an awesome podcast. I found it looking up cozy hobbies and so glad I did. I love the cozy hobbie recommendations and honesty. It really inspired me to slow down and get off my phone other than to listen to this podcast of course!!
