This podcast is one of my absolute favorites! As someone who struggles with anxiety, this podcast just feels like someone’s giving you a hug and telling you everything’s gonna be OK ! Vic has a great flow and sound to her voice. It gives a more conversational vibe rather than lectured which I greatly appreciate! Her openness and willingness to share was a real highlight.
