I love the podcast. I came across it at the beginning of the pandemic and it motivated me not to totally bog down. Thanks to Jackson, I have continued to educate myself and became aware of the importance of nutrition in the first place. I am now vegan and much further along with my plant-based diet. Coming from a cycling background and living in northern Germany, the ski episodes are not my favorites, but they are interesting nonetheless. Thanks Jackson, keep up the good work!
