Australiaa month ago In the initial episode, Wendy Morrow is a paranormal investigator who gets trapped inside a very haunted house. She provides the narrative arc, and the following episodes are each about a different haunted room in the house. I like the framing story idea a lot. I found the individual episodes to be pretty standard ghost story stuff, creepy and fun but not really creative or adding to the genre. Several of them were overpacked, and most of them relied pretty heavily on common horror tropes.

United States5 months ago I was blown away by this podcast. It was so much more than I expected.
It started like a hundred other haunted house stories (lots of auditory spookiness that meant no before-bed listening for me), but over a modest 8 episodes it slowly grew into an epic tale, intriguing and heartfelt. It is absolutely worth the scant four hours it takes to devour.
Podchaser56 months agoJenniferI really enjoyed another room. Certainly not perfect, but the individual ghost stories and the confrontation of what has been and "what we wish was" really worked for me. Definitely worth a listen for fans of horror podcasts.
