I’ve enjoyed this podcast- It’s a good listen while I’m at work, it’s easy to follow, sometimes I wish certain episodes were longer but just the ones I find super interesting. I will say after listening to the “Shadow People” I recalled my own “sleep paralysis” experience- it was absolutely terrifying & the science may seem logical, what I experienced wasn’t scientific, I know what I felt/saw that night, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Stay scary! 🫣🫣

It was good but a little too scary
As a fellow Mexican American, I also grew up listening to a lot of spooky stories and it was a great way of family getting together. The care and research you put in delivering these stories is noticed. I can always count on these stories to really give me the frights but also teach me something new. Love this podcast!

A cinematic, documentary-style host-led series explores true paranormal mysteries, haunted places, legends, and eerie folklore. Episodes blend historical context, investigative reporting, and cultural storytelling to unpack ghostly sightings, unnerving encounters, and legends from around the world. While the tone often leans toward spooky storytelling, rigorous research and measured narration aim to separate folklore from fact, inviting listeners to weigh evidence while staying immersed in suspenseful narratives. A standout trait is the host's calm, reassuring delivery and a willingness to tackle broader social or historical angles within paranormal topics, which can broaden the appeal beyond pure scares.
