I really love this podcast. But your advertisements are jarring. They interrupt at very poignant points in the podcast, often when I am hanging on every word and soaking in every ounce, and there we are talking about the ad. Hi John love your books and the podcast. If I may give one bit of criticism it would be this! Please let the guest tell their entire story before cutting them off to ask questions. When im listening and I get into the story I immediately fall off every time a question is asked. Let them tell their story then ask all the questions at the end. Just write down questions on a pad and once they're done you can ask everything. It would make the show a lot better thank you!
