氫在半導體等先進製程是關鍵氣體，在製程中大量使用，例如 EUV、MOCVD 以及 Silicon EPI 三大製程都會用到氫氣；其中 EUV 的耗用量最大，一小時大約需要 40 到 50 立方米。然而，氫氣在製程中實際參與反應的不到 1%，也因此大約 99% 以上的剩餘氫氣會被排放掉。大量剩餘若外洩，4%～75% 濃度即可被極微小能量點燃爆炸，形成工安高風險。密閉空間、儲存區（如儲存 150 大氣壓氫氣的鋼瓶處） 尤需監測與主動消除。氫分子最小、易滲漏、比空氣輕而上飄，在室內天花板處累積最危險；... more
