再生能源具間歇性，峰谷錯配導致餘電。把電轉為氫可延長可調度性，更可進入「電難以取代」的高溫與還原場景，讓減碳不只在電網端，而是走進製程核心。

再生能源佔比攀升後，如何把間歇性的風光餘電變成可長期調度的能量？答案之一，就是以電解水「製氫」、再把氫導入真正需要高溫與還原力的產業場景；而非一味回灌電網。本集，中華經濟研究院副研究員 陳中舜博士指出，綠氫的關鍵不在「可不可行」，而在「用在哪裡最有價值」。

本集《零碳未來》，再次邀請內政部建築研究所環境控制組羅時麒組長，從「先節能、再綠能」談起，帶我們理解近零建築的實戰路徑：新建或增建、屋頂面積逾1,000㎡的建築，將「標配」太陽光電，政策引導自發自用，優先滿足建築自身負載，降低對外部綠電與電網的依賴；同時提醒面板不是裝了就好，維運管理要到位，才能穩定供能。
