聽完二位老師針對《成為企劃人》的對談，發現企劃是人人都需要學習的能力，無論職務如何。
惠貞老師提醒，當老闆交辦工作時，不用急著做，先思考做這件事的目的為何，以發邀約信來說，如果知道為什麼邀請這個人、請這個人來的目的為何，對邀約信的撰寫就不易流於形式。
「聽話照做」常是導致上班族覺得不開心、不快樂的地方，工作通常只是賺錢的管道而已。如果在接受指令時先啟動企劃腦，知道為何而做，或是進一步思考其他執行方式，工作更能為我們帶來成就感。
這集激發很多想法，值得儲存反覆聽。謝謝二位老師。

好喜歡這一集《成為企劃人》的內容，這些觀念不只在職場，幾乎放諸四海皆可，尤其是永遠要先問什麼、為何而做。在職場上與老闆是合作關係優於上下關係，要把自己與老闆的關係定位好，更能有空間把事情做好，而不是by order做事，永遠不知道自己要做什麼。如同惠貞老師所說觀念（心態）比做事方法更重要‼️謝謝主持人與作者的分享😍
