Fun, informative, great guests and easy conversation. Highly recommend this podcast! Erica and Zoe are charming, witty and knowledgeable. Love it! Julie
Every episode of this podcast brings to light information I can’t believe I didn’t know. Better yet, they do it in an approachable and funny way. I find myself laughing, learning, and wanting more each time. The Kegelbell episode definately taught me more than any OBGYN in my lifetime! The hosts are laidback, but still serious about the useful information they are providing. This podcast is a win!
…if it isn’t expert wellness advice and interviews presented in a fun, conversational package that doesn’t feel preachy or too woo-woo. As a wellness adjacent listener (I have vices, ok??) I find this Pod to be as entertaining as it is informative and pleasantly well-rounded. Best served with a cup of Earth & Star coffee. Just sayin. Especially love Ep. 31 w/Dr. Morrison. 👌🏼
I would give this podcast 500 stars if I could! After a year of suffering from major digestion issues, and seeing multiple doctors without finding a solution, I listened to the episode on SIBO with Shivan Sarna and asked my GI for a SIBO test. Turned out I had SIBO, and I was good as new after a round of antibiotics. THANK YOU, HTW. I would still be sick and miserable without you.
So glad I found this podcast! Erica and Zoe do such a good job covering a variety of topics. Their guests are amazing and their conversations are real and honest. I would recommend this show to anyone!
