If you have a picky eater I HIGHLY suggest listening to the tips and tricks on this podcast - every episode I learn more ways to be able to help my daughter. So many creative ways to help her through her anxieties surrounding trying new foods and how to change my own approaches while dealing with mealtimes!

Listening to Christine’s podcast has helped us and our son (6 years old) overcome a lot of mealtime obstacles that we’ve been facing for literal years. I enjoy that each episode is short and to the point so I can listen while getting chores done around the house and she’s straight to the point with advice. Thank you so much for such a good listen and please continue to come out with new episodes as they’ve been my go to when it comes to helping our son.
