Ce podcast propose de nombreux sujets de réflexion pour avancer dans sa vie pro mais aussi pour décider quelle place on veut donner à sa vie pro.
I have listened to this podcast every week for over a year now. I look forward to it and what Kris has to teach. The topics are inspiring, encouraging and actionable for leaders. I always write tons of notes and get creative with ideas after these episodes. Thank you Kris. Please keep the episodes coming. Love the retreat style episodes especially and thank you for keeping the intro short & sweet and getting right into the lessons. All the best for a great year! Vanessa
I hold a leadership position in a hospital system leading physicians, and found Kris and her work a few years ago. She is compassionate, deeply insightful, and has altered the way I look at my work and my leadership in such a profound way. I live better now, even though I still struggle in the day to day. It is work worth doing and diving into.
I’ve been binging Kris’ podcast for the last couple of weeks, and it has been wild to watch my brain shift from its normal mode of, “How can I support?“ to a new frame of, “How can I lead?“ Kris’ unwavering belief in her fellow humans to dig deep into their “knowing,” and to allow themselves to unleash their inner visionary is contagious at least, and all-consuming at its height. I’m in!!
