  • A Must-Listen for Healing and Support

My father has lived with Crohn’s for over a decade, and discovering Dane, the SHIELD program, and Crohn’s Colitis Lifestyle gave our family something we had not had before: clarity, direction, and the belief that healing is possible. What stands out most about Dane is his ability to connect. He speaks with honesty, compassi... more

Why You're Not Healing: The Overlooked Role of Lymph, Scars and Energy w/ Dr. Christine Schaffner EP21
Q: What practical steps can listeners take to start improving lymphatic drainage?
Grounding, breath work, getting sunlight, earthing, and simple physical actions like lymph-focused massage, nudging the neck and clavicle areas, and reducing exposure to toxins to allow the lymph to move more freely.
Why You're Not Healing: The Overlooked Role of Lymph, Scars and Energy w/ Dr. Christine Schaffner EP21
Q: What is the core idea behind the lymphatic system's role in healing gut conditions?
The lymphatic system is a body-wide detox and immune-surveillance network; proper drainage helps remove toxins and supports immune function, which is foundational for healing gut tissues and resolving inflammatory conditions.
The EMF-Gut Connection: Why Your Home Might Be Blocking Your Healing w/ Brian Hoyer EP22
Q: What has the research shown about EMF and gut health, cellular health, and autoimmune conditions?
