I listen to a lot of podcasts and i love that these guys go straight into the meat of the topic. I love the everyday conversations they share specifically about nostalgia & Figure collecting. They’re great on their own & even greater with their spectacular guests. They’re the “Toys that Made us” in the podcast world and with more passion & respect!
I was skeptical of what an action figure podcast would deliver. I love collecting, but do I really want to hear about toy-lines I don’t care for? It turns out, YES. 100% yes. The casual and informative nature of this podcast makes for a relaxed and entertaining time. Hearing about the details and nuances of toys and their collectors is very enjoyable. I recommend this to anyone that cares for nostalgia and toy collecting. The two hosts offer an excellent balance of both old school and new school... more
Blake and Justin go deep on some of the best toy lines from a Millennial's youth without being too dry. The two hosts know what they're talking about but never venture into judgy Comic Book Guy territory. A weekly love letter to toys that's always approached with enthusiasm and hilarity. Easy five stars.
I'm all in on this podcast. Just what I have been wanting as an action figure fan. And it's funny
