私たちはつい、「もっと力があれば」「もっと能力があれば」と思いがちです。
しかし、この物語は、人を支えるのに必要なのは力の大きさだけではないことを教えてくれます。
誰かを思う心。友を大切にする心。そして、その人のために知恵を働かせること。

大切な存在を失った時、
「こう感じなければならない」
と思ったことはありませんか。
悲しまなければいけない。
感謝しなければいけない。
いい思い出を語らなければいけない。
でも本当は私たちの思いは複雑で、
”いい感情”じゃないものを抱くこともあります。
でも、それでいいのです。
今回はグリーフケアの観点から、
“それぞれでいい”ということについてお話しします。
ある方の言葉を通して、
「自分の感情を、自分のものとして大事にする」
ということを考えてみたいと思います。
父のパソコンに残されていた写真フォルダを開いたとき、
そこには父が見ていた世界がそのまま残っていました。
誰かの視点に立つことは難しい。
けれど、写真はその人の“まなざし”をそっと教えてくれます。
今回は、父の写真から気づかされたこと、
そして仏さまの智慧と慈悲のまなざしについてお話しします。
