お釈迦さまのお話を最も多くお聞きになられた阿難尊者の物語です。
お釈迦さまと多くの時間を過ごしたが故に、悟りを開くことができなかった阿難尊者。それは優しさでもあり、弱さでもあったのです。そこが阿難尊者の魅力であるように思います。
お釈迦さまのお弟子を通して、仏教の大切なところをお伝えできたらと思います。
お釈迦さまの最も身近で教えを聞き続けた弟子・阿難尊者。
その阿難尊者は、お釈迦さまの入滅を前に、人目を避けて涙を流しました。
「泣いてはいけない」「早く立ち直らなければ」と思ってしまうことがあります。
グリーフケアは、悲しみを消すことを目標にはしません。
大切な人との絆は、亡くなったあとも続いていく──そんな「継続する絆（Continuing Bonds）」という視点とも重ねながら、阿難尊者の涙を通して、悲しみとともに生きる道を味わいます。
