Hot Plate is a delight!!! One of my favourite podcasts because of how easy each one is to digest ;) . Joshna and Mirella have expert level conversations that the average person can not only understand, but get behind.
The rapport between them is excellent, and it feels like a conversation between 2 really good friends, who know their foods and drinks.
