It's our 50th Episode! So we are celebrating by covering a 50 year old story - Stephen King's Carrie first published in 1974. We talk through Brian De Palma's stylish (and very 1970s) movie adaptation - the story, characters, actors, split-screens, c... more

But, how dare you review an action movie starring Paul Reiser for the October episode of your horror movie podcast. Shame on the both of you.
Great in depth reviews and recaps of horror films old and new. Both hosts are witty, charming and engaging and it’s easy to listen to them for hours on end (and I did!).
An extremely knowledgeable and amiable duo. Their chats and tangents are a jolly good listen and on occasion I have been in fits of giggles but mostly I listen to this podcast for the guy’s thoughtful and engaging interest in films and film making technique. Check out their awesome Hellraiser podcast too! Huge thanks to the guys and I hope there’s plenty more content to come!
It’s so refreshing to hear two guys who actually seem to love horror movies...in a sea of other horror podcasts that simply exist to scoff at them or slag them off. Always a joy the listen to. Keep up the good work!
I followed these guys over to this pod from their brilliant Hellraiser podcast, and I'm over the moon happy to see them broaden the scope of the horror they look at (as they do such a bang up job talking about Hellraiser and Hellraiser-related stuff). I really like how they work their way through the plot of a movie, but also talk about the themes, production tidbits, and all the rest. They aren't the first show to do this, but of the shows I listen to they do this approach the best. more
