  • An amazing podcast offering fantastic advice and comradeship for authors

I have read both Holly and Gilly for a few years now, but knew nothing about the podcast. What a fab by chance discovery this was two months ago. I’m an aspiring debut author (100k down of dirty first draft, now pruning) and I’ve listened to 90% already.

Thanks to both for taking the time and trouble. It’s like having two new “friends”.

  • Required listening for writers

I discovered this podcast shortly after I got my publishing deal and then binge-listened all series from episode one over the following year. I was bereft when I caught up as I now have to wait for new episodes to come out... I’ve found hearing about Holly and Gillian’s experiences fascinating and useful, plus the interviews with other authors and publishing professionals are great. I also really appreciate the fact it feels like you’re listening in to a conversation rather than being presented ... more
