I found this podcast recently after purchasing Kathryn’s math curriculum and quickly listened to all the episodes. Each was more helpful then the next! Such a wonderful resource. Thanks so much for putting this out into the world. Please make more episodes!!
I normally enjoy your podcasts; I typically find them to be factual and Informative. However, the latest podcast did not sit well with me. Pajama day? That’s something you feel you missed out on? That’s just disappointing. Are you homeschooling or doing public school at home? I think your mom had the better gist of it.
Learning takes place constantly. Why have a definitive start and end?
I appreciate you taking time to produce a podcast on this subject. I also like the experts but I have some feedback….please allow your expert or the person you are interviewing complete their thoughts before jumping in and asking a question that pops in your head.
I’m only in my second year of homeschooling and I am learning so much from this mother-daughter dynamic duo! I loved the episode on brain development and learning styles. Keep up the helpful work ladies!
This podcast has valuable information for anyone starting out or thinking about educating their children at home. I wish I had this information years ago when I made the jump from public to home. My only critique is that my child is a high school student so I would like to know more about what to do now to prepare for college. Maybe that episode is on the horizon.
