今回のテーマは「いじめ」です。
学校教育を語るには避けては通れない大きな課題に、改めて向き合ってみました。
教師、保護者、加害者、被害者など、様々な視点から予防や対応について考えてみます。
ポイントは３つ
①「いじめ感度」を高める
② 子どもの“成長”ファースト
③ いじめ被害脆弱性（＝いじめられやすさ）
初回は「いじめ感度」について。とても複雑で難しい問題ですが、一緒に考えてみましょう。
