  • Very few facts.

I was looking for a real debate. Facts are missing here. Not one person stating that any of these theories have even an ounce of truth to them. When asked “Then why do people believe it!” “Lots of people believe in fantasies.” Or “you know how he is! “ chuckle chuckle “

This is an option based podcast.

I was looking for - ‘this part of the story is true, but only circumstantial evidence of this part.’

  • What A Shock

lol listened to 3 episodes, and wow “SHOCKED” he’s saying none of these can be true. No dive into any evidence that backs up the conspiracy claims, just claiming whoever started the claims to create the conspiracy is just crazy.

  • Biased, One Sided Nonsense

If you are looking for a balanced, in depth, fact filled, neutral journey into histories greatest conspiracy theories then this podcast will definitely not be for you. However if you a looking for a podcast that peddles and recycles the same boring tropes and pre-determined narrative where essentially conspiracy theories are exactly that - conspiracy theories and nothing more. Boiled down and regurgitated folklore, unsubstantiated stories and urban myths, then this podcast will be right up your ... more

  • Was so ready to be corrected

Listened just to the JFK ones after recently watching some more pro-conspiracy documentaries for balance. This podcast is a great example of how the non-conspiracy narrative gets so much more grace than those who disagree. Almost no actual evidence provided for things like the ballistics claims and so much missed out that’s documented quite openly in the archives. Guess it’s now more profitable to be a lone shooter advocate than a conspiracy one.

The lack of contemporary evidence, the fact that Henry VIII would have recognized his daughter, and the impossibility of keeping such a secret in a royal court undermine the theory.

Q: So was there then no evidence of this conspiracy theory existing prior to the 19th century then?
There seems to be no contemporary evidence prior to the 19th century, with the theory being based on dubious claims and the vicar's lively imagination.
