This season goes deeper into real encounters, credible witnesses, and the explanations that never seem to stick. More firsthand accounts. Bigger moments. And more times where the official story starts to wobble.
This isn’t about believing everything. It’s about following the story until it actually makes sense… or until it gets too strange to ignore.

I really appreciate the balance that Payne strikes in terms of curiosity and skepticism. It is solid, objective reporting and is well edited. You can tell a lot of work goes into each episode which is really apparent. For anyone who is complaining about ads- why not subscribe to tenderfoot plus? I’ve only listened to episode 1. And i’m already hooked. The ending the of the episode with the Gunna song was just the icing on top. 🔥
Thoroughly enjoyed this pod, Payne and team! Would absolutely listen to a season two. I appreciated the balance it had. It was neither off the rails spewing theories left and right, nor was it close-minded shooting every witness account down. It was a healthy balance of skeptic and believer 🛸
You are probably not aware but for some people, some of the sound effects will be irritating: they are making my heart race. Eg a loud ticking sound when someone is talking, and the iPhone noises including the alarm. MOST of the sound effects are really good. The spooky music is good. But I wish you could edit the harsh, distracting sound effects so that the podcast can speak for itself because it’s very good.
More Payne! Season 2!!

The content is focused on dissecting the complex and often controversial subject of UFOs and related phenomena, as well as true crime cases intertwined with strange occurrences. Host Payne Lindsey takes a balanced approach, examining real-life accounts and significant investigations without succumbing to sensationalism. Noteworthy is the emphasis on testimonies from credible sources, such as Navy pilots, and a commitment to seeking truth amidst widespread skepticism. This podcast appears to appeal to listeners seeking both factual information and engaging storytelling involving unexplained activities in our skies.
