  • Reflections from the Frontier

What I find most remarkable about Hidden Forces is that it seems guided by a kind of moral and epistemic instinct; an echo of Arendt, Polanyi, and Postman—that may never have been named aloud. The show feels animated by the sense that the real conversation lies just beyond the edge of what can safely be said, and together with Dimitri and his friend Grant Williams I have walked that boundary with uncommon steadiness and trust.

  • Pioneering the new “bear p0rn”

I’ve listened for years, but lately it has become ranting on; the state of the world, the problems inherent in generational differences, the US’s sliding global position, all without any riffs on how to make it better. It reminds me of the economists who sell newsletters with nothing but economic doom and bearish outlooks. Some people eat that up, if you do, go for it. I’m over it.

  • Starting to grow tired

Really starting to become annoyed with always missing context of the second half. I'd easily support a version where the full podcast is released with ads. About to not even listen anymore since what's the point of always missing out on half of the episode
