I just found this podcast. I love it! I am firmly rooted in WH, and dabble occasionally in to Ayurveda. This seems to be the opposite which is awesome. I’m learning a lot and plan on sitting down to take notes because there is so much they talk about that I want to do a deep dive to learn!
I'm working my way through the first episode and I find this to be such a downer. The introduction to this podcast, and intro into the brains of these two intelligent women is kind of bleak, a little negative, and not at all uplifting. You can’t use a corrupt bureaucratic institution to bring integrity and honesty to herbalism. That comes only from individuals accepting that there is right and wrong, and adhering to moral standards. In addition, licensure would limit practice and herbalists would have to accept that t... more
