  • Very helpful!

I listened to the episode on difficult customers and it really helped me to feel normal again. I have a very small restaurant that I opened less than a year ago and everything was as going great until I stumbled upon a horrible and rude review on Yelp. It devastated me until I was able to listen to this podcast and put everything back into perspective again. Thank you for this.
