Heartbreak is grief and loss. But one day soon you will step onto the shore, ready to explore life again.
Time is slow drip of salve on our the wounds of our heart.
It might sound counterproductive to listen to sad things when you’re so sad yourself. But for me, they were a source of sympathy. A conversation in grief where I could completely let my guard down and not worry about being judged.
Heartbreak blinds us to almost everything except our suffering. But there are ways to make sure you keep moving forward.
