人的身體，是奇妙的組成。
然而，我們很多時候都忽略了它，以致有病卻不知、崩壞才嘆息……
修習「身體掃描」，既可以釋放身體內積壓的緊繃，讓它得以放鬆；
又能增強對身體的覺知和調控，讓身體發揮更好效能之餘，心也變得比較敏銳。
