Hawks Insiders are a must listen for hawks fans each week.
Best of all they analyse all aspects of the game and the club with an intelligent and balanced view, rather than being a one-eyed biased fan pod.
Keep up the great content gents.
This has become a really hard listen for me. I used to enjoy listening each week but now it’s so obvious that this lot have blatant favouritism towards specific players and hangs others out to dry. Weddle playing like rubbish and the option is just to put him behind the ball, scrimshaw plays bad and it’s drop him straight to the VFL. It’s an absolute joke! Scrimshaw’s form has been better than Weddles this season but you persist with one but not the other. Come on! 🙄
Hawks Insiders was ground breaking podcast during COVID, and has always been excellent listening for a Hawk fan, but it’s recently, as the hosts become more comfortable with their roles, become the best source of the Hawthorn information on the internet. The Wednesday night podcasts in particular are a reliable insightful, knowledgeable content , and the talking points being regurgitated/quoted on commercial radio every week is testament to this- these boys know the Hawks, and know footy.
It might be time for Weissy to hang up the headphones. The way he elongates every sentence, and even every word, is excruciating to listen to. When he hosts, his introductions are too long and a little cringey. It’s a pretty good show and I often listen. Love the work of Mick, Prinsy and Daz.
