今回、東京から名だたるメンバーがやってきて一緒に岩手のワイナリーを巡ってきました。新しいことが多く、とても有意義な体験でした。
日本のワイン、農家の未来、考えなければいけないことは沢山あります。
STAR WINE LIST OF THE YEAR JAPAN 2026の授賞式が終わり結果が出ました。SILVER STARをいただきました。今回の挑戦で僕達が提供するワインの体験の提案について考えることがあったのでそんなお話をしています。
ブランドに依存するということが多い国だと思うこの日本ではワイン産業においても自分の言葉ではなくブランドを用いて話すことが多い気がする。
それは一体この先どうなんだろうとか思いながら色々ぼやいてます。
