geweldig interessante podcast. Enigste wat ik mis dat het in deze podcast in de meeste afleveringen gaat om de patient weer centraal te stellen maar dat deze tot op heden niet aan het woord komt. Ik zou graag mijn eigen ervaringen en die van mijn cliënten in willen brengen om dat beeld wat completer te maken.

Hey,
Mijn naam is Sabine van Oirschot verpleegkundige in de thuiszorg.
De podcast introgreerd mij omdat ik zelf in het werkveld werk.
Wat ik me afvraag en waar ik me zorgen maak is het personeelstekort in de zorg.
Zijn daarin nieuwe innovaties in het bereiken en behouden van personeel.
Misschien een idee om daar een podcast over te maken.
