我好尊敬那些可以定時更新的人(仰望)。
雖然五分鐘到了就要跟自己說出那五個字，但這個練習絕對不是要我們逃避/否定/譴責那些情緒，
還是要先讓情緒有個出口(所以才會說那五分鐘盡情發洩)，然後試著接住它、同時不讓自己一直陷進去。

本書其他內容我也很喜歡，有作者訪問前恐怖份子(現和平運動者)、盧安達大屠殺的倖存者和加害者們的內容，作者也時常引據心理學研究為這些現象找到一些解釋和出口。.
看著這些故事令人心碎，同時也讓人意識到：我們跟恨意，原來可以這麼近。

1.有時候會卡住 重新複述內容 : 我不確定podcast能否上傳剪輯音檔？就我聽起來有些唸得不順卡住的地方 你會重新複述 建議可以把這種剪掉 聽起來會更順！
2. 語速：語速比較偏慢，我自己是開1又1/4倍才會覺得是正常語速，習慣聽快節奏的會開導1又1/2倍，可以考慮音檔後製處理時稍微調整快速度
