Great podcast and with love in my heart I want Anna to realize how she minimizes Aidenās feelings. Anna is playing the victim and what is good for her isnāt good for Aiden. Yikes. Donāt tell Aiden how much you hate Jasmine but continue to push him towards her. Itās manipulation and a total turn off in a LS relationship.

Anna, please try to listen to Aiden without a ābut.ā Just be silent, really listen, take it in, and think about what heās saying. You can tell him: āIāll come back tomorrow at [time] and we can talk about it.ā But first, just listen.
You seem so focused on proving your actions are better, your pain is bigger, or your solution is more thoughtful that Aidan isnāt getting the space to feel heard and validated. Validation should never be followed by a ābut.ā Never.

When I listen to your podcast, itās like you are speaking for me. My husband and I have had many of the same experiences, and I have gone through your exact emotions throughout this journey. Thank you both for being so honest and vulnerable! It makes me feel a little less crazy!!
I love the show because of the unfiltered honesty these two exhibit. I find I always have an opinion, but that is what makes it so great. You get to be a fly on the wall in the relationship of two incredible people. My only complaint is they donāt make enough episodes. You left us hanging at 57! More please!
I canāt thank Anna and Aiden enough for their radical honesty and allowing us to learn from their journey together. It is smart, funny, emotional and deep. I found the podcast first and then shared it with my husband and it has brought on a wealth of conversations so deep that we have never been prompted to have. We love you two and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Open relationship-focused conversations led by a married couple explore honesty, boundaries, jealousy, and growth within non-monogamous arrangements. Episodes frequently center on personal crises, therapy, and practical frameworks for better communication, with emphasis on transparency, safety, and emotional maturity in navigating open dynamics. Notable across episodes are candid storytelling, humor, and structured approaches (like relationship constitutions and nonviolent communication) that aim to help listeners apply these insights to their own relationships. A standout aspect is the ongoing, long-form exploration of how partners maintain intimacy and trust while remaining open to external connections, making it a likely resource for cou... more
