Janine and Kate have known each other since 2007. While Kate was being a normal person and participating in wider pop culture, Janine rarely watched TV or paid attention to the state of entertainment. In 2017, Kate aims to correct Janine's mistake by forcing her to watch the best -- but mostly the worst -- that the 2000s had to offer.

These two are so adorable, I love the friendship and banter. The idea is great and it’s one of those, “Why didn’t I think of that”? Ideas that I love. Keep up the good work honeys!
This podcast is always a rollicking good time. It’s lighthearted fun on a cracker, and you’ll enjoy looking at the world through Kate and Janine’s kaleidoscope-colored glasses.
This podcast is great. Any episode is either an explanation of what folks were talking about in 2006, or a stroll down memory lane. You won't regret a listen.
It blows my mind how much pop culture stuff they've missed out on the first time around, since I was soaking it up at the same time. It's really fun to hear their first-time experiences with some not-great pop culture I might be looking at with my nostalgia glasses.
But I absolutely love this show!
