咕噜用养孩子的方式重新养育一次自己。这是一档聚焦于【自我成长】【亲子关系】的觉察疗愈类节目。不管你现在是不是为人父母，也要记得曾经的你也是一个孩子。育儿先育己。18岁还在离家出走的我很渴望和父母有好的亲子关系，所以开始了心理学和自我养育的学习成长之路。10年来我发现我的成长不仅带来了和父母关系的变化，从恐婚到建立令人羡慕的亲密关系、从事业的不敢担当到独自创业、从讨好到建立边界等等【亲子关系的变化让我和外界的很多人事物都发生了变化。】所以想和你分享这条路如何成长，也想把这些年我陪伴过的一些家庭的成长经历呈现在节目里，希望可以成为你前行路上的一束微光。我是咕噜，欢迎来到咕噜小院。
