Hi Will - Anna here. I’m not a fitness instructor but really enjoy your podcast and was fascinated to hear Lisa’s story about coming back from an injury. I’ve often wondered how people like her manage to do high impact exercise for so many years and seemingly never seem to suffer injuries. Super interesting! She’s amazing.

Will, all of your podcasts are excellent but this one really impacted me on an emotional level. We’re all struggling, our participants are struggling and hearing you talk about it openly and candidly was exactly what I needed right now.
