Thanks so much for this episode on limitations. I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease (CMT), a neuromuscular disease. I’m a fitness instructor and have tried to keep myself moving through the years, even to the point of hiking and backpacking the last couple years. I’ve often wondered how people like her manage to do high impact exercise for so many years and seemingly never seem to suffer injuries. Super interesting! She’s amazing.
