In a very practical and no-beating-around-the-bushes way, Justin and his guests share some great wisdom and reality to leadership, what leading should be while pointing out how mainstream leadership themes fall short yet still are prominent. Justin shows his leadership even in the podcast by admitting when he falls short while finding a group that compliments his strengths!
Justin has a pretty special approach to business. Highly recommend this podcast And if the rest of the series is as good as the first couple, this will be a good learning experience.

Justin is an accomplished leader both in the business world and his personal life. I have observed him in the latter and know his reputation in the former. One phrase to summarize his approach is humble leadership. I am looking forward to many more episodes in the days to come!
I’ve worked with Justin the last 10 years and call him a brother in arms. We have navigated so much in an amazing period of agriculture and the insights that he has learned and will share will challenge you all to think differently about leadership, your values and your behaviors!
