I am so very grateful to Chase and Dr. Raymond for their insightful and thoughtful discussions on all aspects of the mental side of the game of golf. While I have had golf mechanics lessons for a quite a while, I have ofter thought a more valuable instruction or help would be on the mental game. This podcast delivers in helping to understand the challenges that are part of that mental side.
This podcast has been really helpful for thinking about the mental side of golf. One idea that stuck with me was the concept of pursuit-based golf vs. avoidance-based golf.
It made me realize something about my own mindset. I play a fair amount of poker, and in poker I’m totally comfortable with probability and risk. You can flop top pair with a great kicker and still lose sometimes. You get drawn out on, someone has a better hand, or you take a bad beat. But you still make the right play becau... more
This is my favorite golf podcast. I think Raymond is the best mental coach in the business and Chase gives good insight from a teaching professional’s perspective. If you want to improve your game, give this one a listen.

Two hosts explore golf from the mental game to biomechanics, coaching, and technology. Across episodes, the show centers on mindset, effective practice, and performance under pressure, often weaving in coaching methods, player development, and the role of technology in training. Noteworthy is the dual expertise: a performance psychologist and a seasoned golf instructor who frequently discuss actionable frameworks (like growth-oriented thinking and practical on-course routines) that listeners—coaches, players, and parents—can apply. The format blends theory with real-world coaching anecdotes, guest insights, and hands-on drills, making it valuable for those seeking mental edge and practical improvement in golf.
