S7E10 - Deliverance, Inner Healing, and the Reality of Spiritual Warfare with Grant Pemberton
Q: Ken, what percentage of prayers for healing result in immediate, be-healed-in-Jesus-name outcomes versus more complex cases?
Ken explains that straightforward prayers may yield healing about 10-20% of the time, while more complex cases involving roots, sins, or curses require longer engagement and discernment.
S7E8 - J.P. Moreland on Deconstruction, “Genocide” Texts, and Why Context Matters
Q: Is God genocidal?
No, God is not genocidal in the sense of arbitrarily annihilating people; the context of these commands involves the protection of Israel and the fulfillment of divine promises.
S7E8 - J.P. Moreland on Deconstruction, “Genocide” Texts, and Why Context Matters
Q: Why do such passages in the Old Testament seem uniquely difficult in the modern age?
People struggle with these passages because they contrast sharply with the New Testament God of love and mercy, leading to challenges in reconciling these aspects of God's character.
S7E5 - Integrated Healing Model, Part 5 – Deliverance With Ken Fish
Q: Was there a deliverance component involved in this case?
Yes, demons attached to the victim's sin were present, leading to a deliverance effect.
S7E4 - Integrated Healing Model, Part 4 – Inner Healing and Inbound Sin With Ken Fish
Q: How do we think about inbound sin? Is that what people call like an open door?
Yes, it can be an open door that leads to other things; it opens the cycle of sin whereby we sin in response.
