Recently discovered this podcast and it’s been a joy to listen to! Drew and Travis bring such thought provoking insights to each film they explore. • Comprehensive & enjoyable

This is a fantastic podcast. They review movies, do plenty of research, don’t rush the conversation, cover tons of topics within the film. Most amazing is there’s been no ads that I’ve heard which is beyond refreshing.

I’ve followed more than a few movie podcasts in my day, but this is my new favorite. I would 100% lend out one of my out-of-print blu-rays to Drew and Travis. They are that trustworthy.

Drew and Travis are true film buffs and use uppity terms like maudlin, pastiche and motif correctly and non-douchey. There’s almost an academic tone to this show as they’re deconstructing films from a critical point of view and not just arbitrary nostalgia or “did you know” trivia. These guys remind me of other retro pop culture appreciators like Doug Walker, Brad Jones, James Rolfe and the pre-Trump y... more
