No, but in all seriousness, Dean and Danny have got this whole podcast thing ON LOCK—one of only two podcasts to which I listen religiously. You don’t have to be immersed in the weightlifting/CrossFit world to find them hilariously relatable...but you should definitely curse. Like, a lot. A-sailor-would-blush level is preferred.
There’s nothing better than sitting down and watching these two go on about anything and everything from coffee to weightlifting to house rap music. Only thing that makes this better is brewing some PR blend and drinking along with them. Thanks!
