Love Gary and Shannon, not hearing the same 3 mins of ads every time there’s a commercial break.
This is a great show for chemistry between the hosts as they cover a variety of topics. I listen to every episode as soon as it publishes, and they’ve played many of my talk-backs on air. I really am a big fan, which is why it gets any stars. But the commercials… They interrupt people mid-sentence, and when the show comes back, there are five syllables before the bumper kicks in. Why cut it there? And with commercials that seem to be 6 minutes long, you’ll want to turn it off long beforehand. Th... more
Ad breaks are frequent and long. Worst of all they start mid-sentence so that when break is over and content restarts (again, mid-sentence) you’ve forgotten what they were talking about. I understand that ads are part of the deal but, maybe KFI can put more effort into where they insert the breaks and show a little bit of respect for listeners.
