  • Poor example

Your example of using the CIO for the state of CA should be pulled down. There was no CX there.

  • Used to be better

Human plus AI success doesn’t mean someone reading an AI generated script.

Please do better. For example, you can use AI for:

    1. Better research

    2. Sharpen the audio (it sounds very ‘tinny’)

    3. Identifying and reaching out to guests and speakers

    Just a few thoughts….

The "AI-Free" Trust Disruption: Backlash or the Future of Responsible AI?
Q: Could you break down the AI-free trust revolution and explain what AI-free certification might look like?
AI-free certification would involve third-party certifiers, provenance, and labeling similar to BPA-free or gluten-free, with the possibility of premium for AI-free content and a layered approach to governance depending on the task and audience.
The "AI-Free" Trust Disruption: Backlash or the Future of Responsible AI?
Q: Has anything shifted since last year and what's been top of mind for you now that we're well into 2026?
Trust has become paramount as AI proliferates, with widespread confusion about what can be trusted. The discussion emphasizes governance, provenance, and the need for ongoing verification rather than one-off checks.
A World Without Truth: Building TrustOps for the AI Era
Q: What is TrustOps and why is it needed now?
TrustOps is a new discipline required to address the challenges posed by disinformation, emphasizing both grounding and debunking information within organizations.
A World Without Truth: Building TrustOps for the AI Era
Q: Why do you call disinformation a meta issue, and what makes this different from past eras of propaganda?
