  • Poor example

Your example of using the CIO for the state of CA should be pulled down. There was no CX there.

  • Used to be better

Human plus AI success doesn’t mean someone reading an AI generated script.

Please do better. For example, you can use AI for:

    1. Better research

    2. Sharpen the audio (it sounds very ‘tinny’)

    3. Identifying and reaching out to guests and speakers

    Just a few thoughts….

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Data and Analytics 2030: The Future AI-Native Enterprise
Q: What are the three shifts leaders should focus on through 2030 to create unique value with AI?
The shifts are to build highly discoverable, trusted data and data products; to deploy context-rich, agent-enabled systems; and to treat trust as a catalyst of value, embedding governance, risk management, and ethical considerations into every stage of the data lifecycle.
Start With AI Literacy: Why Most Leaders Are Missing the Point
Q: Who should own AI literacy in an organization?
Ownership should be shared across the C-suite and across IT, HR, and business leaders. The goal is to embed AI literacy into everyday processes, training programs, and product development, not to rely solely on a single department.
Start With AI Literacy: Why Most Leaders Are Missing the Point
Q: How should organizations begin building AI literacy practically?
Start with baselining to understand where your people stand, then create an enablement academy with clear stages (steering, pedals, discernment). Use peer-to-peer learning, communities of practice, and integrate exercises like hallucination hunts to quantify progress and maturity over time.
Start With AI Literacy: Why Most Leaders Are Missing the Point
Q: What exactly is that point CIOs and AI leaders are missing?
The point is that value comes from enabling people to interact with AI confidently and correctly at scale, not just from buying tools. Organizations must invest in AI literacy and critical thinking so users can validate outputs, understand when to trust AI, and avoid automation bias.
The "AI-Free" Trust Disruption: Backlash or the Future of Responsible AI?
Q: Will we see a spectrum of AI-free, AI-assisted, and fully AI-generated content in the future, and how should organizations prepare?
Content will likely be chosen based on task, audience, and context, with internal guardrails. There will be a balance between human-in-the-loop and guardian-agent models, with governance lagging technology but gradually catching up to prevent risks.
