  • Hello everyone, I am Sam Harrison from LA, Connecticut. I want to recommend Mr. Brian Stone and his team who has had to deal with these internet swindlers, I lost my entire savings after investing in a cryptocurrency platform, I was told I would gain huge profits from my investment not knowing they were setting me up for a huge scam. If you have had a similar experience, I strongly recommend you contact brienstone02@gmail.com or WhatsApp him +1 (336)257-8835. as they were able to recover all my ... more

  • Re-releasing old episodes

This was one of my favorite podcasts until I noticed that lately they’ve just been re-releasing old episodes under different titles. I’d love some new episodes, but if they’re just repeats then unfortunately I’ll be unsubscribing.

  • I listened to a few episodes but the program is only useful for the earliest beginners, not seasoned freelancers who are trying to scale. Each episode starts with 3 minutes of ads. The last episode I listened to was 11 minutes in before they started talking about the topic, and that included a second bank of ads. The advice was, I think, weak. They recommended joining your local Chamber of Commerce and spending $1000 to join a local networking group to find leads. These tips might be ok for ... more

The Real Reason Your Contractors Keep Failing
Q: How did you rebuild trust in hiring after things went wrong?
By reflecting on what went wrong, tightening interview and screening processes, aligning hires with company values, and ensuring ongoing check-ins, involvement in team meetings, and a paid test for candidates to verify real capabilities.
Is Downsizing Smart?
Q: How do you mentally shift from managing a team to managing yourself when going solo?
The guest emphasizes creating a personal pact to go solo, building a supportive network, and finding mentors who live the life you aspire to, rather than waiting for external validation or depending on a team for structure.
From $500 to 7-figure Business
Q: Hi, my name is Amanda Reynolds of mandarenolds.com and I started my business about eight years ago with a very small budget. And I've been able to grow a little bit. So how do you decide what's worth spending money on when every penny that you spend is coming out of your own pocket?
The answer is to avoid investors unless exit is planned, and to spend on things you cannot do yourself, especially those that free up time (like bookkeeping) while hiring strategically through hourly arrangements or freelancers to avoid large fixed costs.
"I Thought I'd Have More Freedom"
Q: What does a freedom-based business really look like day to day?
Moe and Preston discuss that freedom is multi-dimensional (time, financial, mental, physical) and that a sustainable freedom-based business requires waking up excited to work, delivering value, and building systems that reduce dependence on the founder, with emphasis on aligning work with what you love and what others will pay for.
This Content Strategy Doubled His Pipeline
Q: What are some of the big mistakes you see entrepreneurs make when they try to scale way up to seven figures?
They rely too heavily on hard work, word-of-mouth, and referrals, which creates unpredictability. The solution is to build a formal marketing function focused on creating, capturing, and nurturing demand, and to scale by simplifying and standardizing offerings and delivery.
