  • Hello everyone, I am Sam Harrison from LA, Connecticut. I want to recommend Mr. Brian Stone and his team who has had to deal with these internet swindlers, I lost my entire savings after investing in a cryptocurrency platform, I was told I would gain huge profits from my investment not knowing they were setting me up for a huge scam. If you have had a similar experience, I strongly recommend you contact brienstone02@gmail.com or WhatsApp him +1 (336)257-8835. as they were able to recover all my ... more

  • Re-releasing old episodes

This was one of my favorite podcasts until I noticed that lately they’ve just been re-releasing old episodes under different titles. I’d love some new episodes, but if they’re just repeats then unfortunately I’ll be unsubscribing.

  • I listened to a few episodes but the program is only useful for the earliest beginners, not seasoned freelancers who are trying to scale. Each episode starts with 3 minutes of ads. The last episode I listened to was 11 minutes in before they started talking about the topic, and that included a second bank of ads. The advice was, I think, weak. They recommended joining your local Chamber of Commerce and spending $1000 to join a local networking group to find leads. These tips might be ok for ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

When You Just Need More Clients...
Q: Lana, what's your strategy to grow faster given you already have a working intake channel with real estate agents?
Stay within the proven channel while strategically expanding to adjacent audiences who share the same client base, such as custom home builders, architects, and interior designers, and consider partnering with real estate brokerages to reach more potential referrals.
Proposals = Waste of Time?
Q: How do I shorten the turnaround time on proposals?
Use discovery calls to extract the project scope and pricing, then recap with the client's exact language in a brief, targeted document; avoid bloated proposals unless the deal clearly warrants it.
Stuck with One-Time Clients
Q: How do I maintain ongoing work and build long-term relationships after a first project when clients go quiet?
The guests suggest not panicking, recognizing that clients are often busy, and following up consistently. They recommend outlining ongoing possibilities early, testing for interest, and eventually formalizing an offboarding process with check-ins, testimonials, and potential future projects to keep the relationship alive.
How to Sell High-Ticket Services
Q: What would you say to someone who wants to set a five-figure offering?
Start with a bold target price in your head, then validate with potential clients through market research and interviews to confirm that the price aligns with the outcome they value and are willing to invest in.
How to Sell High-Ticket Services
Q: Maya, how do I offer high ticket services? How do I package them? How do I structure premium offerings?
Think first about the outcome and the work you'd have to do to deliver it end-to-end, including strategic work like messaging and differentiation. Use client interviews to validate what people would actually pay for, and be willing to charge for the full scope of value you provide, not just the surface deliverables.
