  • More liberal hogwash

Boy you two just don’t get it do you? Less and less people are brainwashed as easily as you two and we no longer think your the good guys. You haven’t been since a year into Obama. Clinton was your last hope and look how good of a guy he turned out to be. Give up the narrative… it’s over.

  • A little positivity and open mindedness goes a long way in film discourse

No way!!! A film podcast that gives a fair shake to the likes of Colin Trevorrow and Zack Snyder… Thats Film twitter Heresy. Seriously Thank you guys for giving even the most decisive flicks a fair shake and trying to see the intentions and hard work of filmmakers for what they are even if the end result may fall short. I much rather listen to content like this than the usual film “reviews” where it’s a race to the bottom to dunk on every popular/“woke” movie with the lowest effort possible.

  • Wanna Be Filmmakers

Every episode of this podcast is 10% interesting backstory and behind the scenes of the movie they’re talking about and 90% backseat directing about what they would have done differently if they made the movie. Also, a pet peeve of mine, even though they have franchise in the name of the podcast they decide to cover director’s full catalogs enough that it seems like they didn’t think through the concept of the podcast that much to begin with.

  • My favorite movie podcast! Entertaining and extremely interesting. The only thing better than their episodes about great movies are their episodes about what went wrong in the making of bad movies. A must listen!

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT (2018)
Q: What are your thoughts leaving this movie?
The movie was a really fun ride, and certain sequences were crazy to see in IMAX, but I also felt that I liked Rogue Nation more because it had more of the elements I enjoy in a Mission movie.
BETWEENISODE 24
Q: What are some directors that you wish had directed a Mission Impossible?
Nick mentions Guy Ritchie, Edgar Wright, and Catherine Bigelow as potential directors.
FANTASTIC FOUR (2015)
Q: Scott, do you have any memories of seeing this in theaters for 10 years now?
Absolutely. I think to this day, it's the worst movie I've ever seen in a movie theater, I'm pretty sure.
THE SANTA CLAUSE (1994)
Q: Neil, do you have any childhood memories of this movie?
Oh, absolutely. This movie, you know, I grew up right in the sweet spot when this came out. I was I was a 90s kid.
PUSS IN BOOTS (2011)
Q: How does 'Puss In Boots' compare to the 'Shrek' series?
It diverges from the parody elements of 'Shrek' to embrace a more earnest adventure approach.
