We came to podcast “For All Mankind” — and “Star City,” too. Dan Moren and Jason Snell have the right stuff to watch Apple TV’s space dramas and break them down episode by episode. Dramatic things are always happening around vending machines, if you didn’t notice. Podcast art by Thom Zahler.

I just started Season 2 and wanted some intelligent and entertaining commentary. On my first listen I heard one of the hosts explain the actor who plays Molly Cobb with the phrase "not Penny's boat" and that is all I needed to hear! Looking forward to following along with you as I continue to watch FAMK through the present
Why no mention of Ed and his injections. Is this what makes Ed so much more aggressive in season 4 and even goes against his long time allies? Also could be the reason he is still in shape at his advanced age perhaps, which does get mentioned all the time but no mention of these possible performance enhancing injections? Maybe these injections cause the tremors too…
By far! Stop scrolling to look for a FAMC pod. These guys are the truth! The only thing that saddens me is that they did not do a episode by episode rundown like S2-4– although they did do a recap of season one in one sitting. This pod is well thought out and examines the plot, actors, science and political climate of the times.
First time listen at the end of season 4 and you guys knock it out of the park! I’ll be back for next season!!

Two hosts provide episode-by-episode breakdowns of space-focused dramas, with a strong emphasis on political machinations, technology, and character dynamics set across Mars and Earth. The show blends detailed scene analysis with historical and real-world context, often tying fictional events to broader geopolitical themes and tech culture references. Across episodes, expect sharp humor, clear plot dissections, and theories about governance, autonomy, and the human side of space expansion. A notable strength is the hosts' ability to connect long-running storylines to real-world history and tech trends, making it approachable for both fans and industry listeners seeking insight into storytelling, pacing, and world-building.
