I find each of these episodes packed with useful information, and manages to distill sometimes complex nutritional science into a very easy to follow, and informative podcast. I find the - how stuff works -side very useful alongside the nutritional advice.
There is alot of specific advice, and enough information to take out of it without having to "buy the book" which is refreshing, but enough basic information to kickstart further research into a particular area if needed.
