  • My favorite skating podcast by far

Mary and Alicia are much needed voices in the figure skating world and a lot of fun to listen to. I appreciate that they offer fair-minded analytical commentary and do the legwork to speak insightfully about what’s going on in the sport. They also aren’t afraid to gush a little about their favorite performances and show appreciation for developing athletes instead of focusing on just the top 3. Overall, the most Canadian figure skating podcast out there, and I mean that in the best way.

I adore this podcast, Mary and Alicia are super knowledgeable and give balanced commentary while staying away from the drama and gossip. And they’ve made me into an ice dance fan, it’s basically impossible not to get into a sport that’s discussed with such passion and insight!

I do appreciate the time and dedication they have in explaining all of the dangers that exist within figure skating. This has been true since the beginning (see the shame bell back in the JGP 2018 season) and they are very intentional in praising the skaters and reminding the audience tha... more
